Research focus

Basically, we study how interactions between Microbiotas, Hosts and Antibiotics may influence the emergence and spread of Resistant bacteria.

We also study interactions between microbiotas, that actually allow resistant bacteria to spread from a patient to another.

From the knowledge of these interactions, we seek to modulate these latter in order to control the emergence and spread of resistant bacteria.
